The training is designed for developers and project leads who want both a solid introduction and hands‑on experience. Through a combination of demonstrations and guided exercises, participants will explore the fundamentals and build their own OPC UA applications.
From the basics to advanced topics such as secure communication and professional hardening, the program covers the full spectrum of OPC UA. Delivered by the core maintainers of the open62541 library, the training ensures technically accurate content and direct insights from the experts behind the framework.

- Advanced OPC UA Mechanisms (Subscriptions, Events, LDS, GDS, and more)
- Information Modeling and Companion Specification
Day 2
- Client and Server Development with open62541
- Working with OPC UA Industrial Components, including Network-Level Debugging
- Tool-Supported Information Modeling
- Implementing Subscriptions, Events, and Historical Data with the open62541 API
Day 3
- OPC UA Security Concepts
- Secure OPC UA Communication with open62541
- Overview of OPC UA Part 14 PubSub
- PubSub Communication with open62541

Cancellation is free of charge until Mai 30, 2025; up to four weeks before the training, the cancellation fee is 50% of the participation fee, and later cancellations will be charged at the full price.
